Wellbeing
Welcome to our Wellbeing Section
Here you will find information and guidance about mental health, emotional wellbeing and resilience for pupils, families and school staff.
School Aim:
- To ensure that we continue to develop a whole school approach promoting positive emotional health and wellbeing for our children, their families and our staff. We aim to help children to understand and express their feelings, build confidence and emotional resilience - therefore maximising their capacity to learn.
- To increase awareness, understanding and reduce stigma amongst children, staff and parents/carers of issues involving the emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people. Additionally, to provide support at an early stage to anyone who may be suffering from mental health issues.
See the Parent/Carer star below for general information, help and advice around a range of topics linked to mental health and wellbeing.
