Miss Ward's Tuesday Visit

I had a lovely time in High Borrans, today. The sun was shining, one group was heading off site for a day of exploring, and the others were donning their wet suits for some canoeing or their helmets ready for the high ropes.

The tarn looked beautiful and I couldn't resist joining one of the groups on the water (although I wasn't as brave as Mr. Addinall, who joined some of the children in jumping in, afterwards!) Everyone slept well, last night, and is having an enormous amount of fun - tummies were rumbling ready for lunch when I left, and the smell wafting from the kitchen of what is to come for tea was divine.

You can rest safe and assured that all is well on day 2!
